The bum decade

The US government policies of transfer of technology last decade was idiotic. With this policy in place IBM think pad became a chinese product. Transfer of technology happened all the while legally or illegally. All that these policies did was make life difficult for honest scientists making them feel like bums. The only people who can feel a sense of accomplishment in the last decade in the US are people who love harassing other people.
