Honor killings in India
Before it was in laws that troubled women, now it is the girls family perpetrating violence against them. There is nothing honorable about honor killings. People involved in such activities should be publicly insulted so that they can see clearly what happens to their honor if they trouble women. A lot of civilian groups are taking law in to their own hands. Vigil groups are okay as long as they work with the law of the land and if necessary change laws in a constitutional way. A lot of vigil groups harass people by stalking and bad behavior and there are not many laws that protect people against such groups. May be a vigil group must be formed against vigil groups.

Ma'am i was discussing with my friend about these dark things that happen in India, we thought and we debated on many things, finally we both concluded on thing and thats education, we need "Education" and "Education" only to prevent these things from happening, ppl still live in darkness, root cause to all the problems is lacking knowledge about certain things, instead of valuing the real things ppl today have become very materialistic, many of us are being victims of dogmatism of these illiterate politician only to chase the money and not to have any productive goal..we still say India is great, Do we really talk about the real India when we say so, or we juz imagine B'lore ITization and Bombay modernization! Vigil against vigil can only make things worst..it is like an Allopathic treatment that only relieves from the pain, we need some thing like an Auyurvedic medicine that might take longer than expected but removes the cause from its roots!
